The room was very clean. The staff were very professional. The pool was outside in the barbecue pit was perfect to sleep in the pullout. Couch was very comfortable. The room had a full kitchen. Bathroom was kind of small, but it was clean and nice. Will recommend to friends and family..

This location is completely ideal. It is literally steps away from the beach. It has a nice, heated swimming pool. However, that's the only real positive about this hotel. I stopped here with my 2 kids while taking a spring break road trip. The room was very crowded, even with just us 3. At this point we had already stopped at 3 previous hotels, so when finally staying at this "4☆ hotel" I was beyond excited. This was the smallest hotel of our trip by far. It's nice that they have a table for eating and 2 smaller tables near the couch, but as soon as you pull out both beds in the studio room you're left with no room for anything. We each had a rolling suitcase and there was no space to store them. I ended up leaving my suitcase standing up, blocking the fridge. I had to move the tables to pull out the sofa bed, so I ended up stacking those near the table. That meant nobody could use that chair at the table. The laundry area is a joke. It's outside, and it was pouring down rain during our stay, so even though we had accumulated dirty laundry from our previous hotel stays I had to wait to wash them until we reached the next hotel. The cleanliness was pretty good, but I could see the pull- down bed doesn't get vacuumed on the edge, around the mattress, so it was noticeably dirty. The beds are also very uncomfortable and loud. This hotel definitely gives off retro vibes, which can be fun. The keys are old-school keys with a coiled bracelet. The room had a fabric separater, like a hospital room would have. The window curtains were the classic pulling mechanism with the metal ball chain pull. No breakfast options at this hotel. Parking can be a joke. I tried returning to the hotel and a car was stopped under the awning, so when I pulled behind them my van was sticking out into oncoming traffic. Eventually I said "forget this" and frantically turned around and pulled into their Fantasy Island 2 parking lot while I waited and watched for that car to move. The sink near the bathroom had a broken drain stopper. I was surprised to see a dehumidifier in the room. There's no elevator at this hotel.
