If you’re looking for ocean views just steps away from the beach then you’ll be pleased with this location. The facility is not brand new but is very well kept. “Incredible Location”
You can’t get any closer to the beach than this. This condo building is awesome. We loved being close to town and all the restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and was never crowded. “Beautiful View, Aging Condo”
Had room on third floor. Wonderful view, but the condo itself was very outdated. Bathrooms were especially ragged, with rusty drop ceilings, dirty caulk in the showers, the usual lack of upkeep and maintenance. Paying this much, you expect more of a well-kept space. “Great view of beach and ocean”
311 Condo was nice in general. Could have used some updates. Needs new carpet or better yet wood flooring in bedrooms. King bed mattress was ok. Needs nicer, softer sheets. Extra pillows also would have been nice. Overall clean. Nice pool and view of Atlantic fantastic!
