The Neptune is a great place to stay ideally positioned on Fort Myers beach. It's a great starting place for walking to times square and the local bars and restaurants and walks along the beach. Came to Ft Myers to work. Stayed on the beach. Good location to walk the beach or to bars and restaurants. Two nice pools. Excellent staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.Good coffee from lobby machine, tasty.

Fantastic hotel. Jamie was exceptional with her customer service assisting in helping our son and girlfriend change rooms. The team including her manager Aaron went over and above for us.
