This place was so clean, so nice, I love it and don't understand the bad reviews, complaints about service?? What service do they expect it's a motel. “One week, for work, on a budget. Cold AC, firm mattress, TV & quiet. Everything a guy needs. Convienence store adjacent.”
Stayed here for a week. Room was large. Mattress was nice and firm, clean sheets and towels. AC worked great and it was pretty quiet. “Tranquility”
The room was inexpensive,but really nice, ice cold air....I walked in to rent the room and I had one question, do you all happen to have peace and quiet, literally....was such a pleasant stay...and helping staff...

They charge a deposit, it gets refunded, staff is friendly. Enjoyed the stay, pool is great.
