“The rooms are good, the breakfast is OK.”
We spent two nights at the hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not what I usually get at a Hampton Inn.

“Comfortable, Decent Hampton; Good Location for Everglades”
Pretty much a typical Hampton Inn. Reasonable price, decent rooms, and an ok breakfast. It served us well as a location to explore Everglades NP and south Florida. “LVT needs a scrub! Average on par for the area.”
Would get a 4 but didn’t pass my dirty floor test. *Test take a wet wash cloth and drag it around for 10 seconds or less. See pic. Dirty LVT still better than dirty carpet. All else “appeared” clean. Staff 4/3/25 evening check in very nice. Older hotel but parts refreshed. Pillows awful. Bed… more

Staff is very nice. The King rooms at this hotel are very small. However, very clean. Breakfast is basic, but good.
