Norman Craig is a class act and an asset to the Hilton family. I am a Hilton Honors member and I just returned from a (2) Week Hilton stay in Lake Jackson TX. With that said my wife snd I planned an overnight stay in Stuart for some much needed R&R unfortunately at the last minute an emergency created a last-minute cancellation. We reached out to Mr. Craig. He assured us that our reservation could be canceled and the loyalty points would be refunded.. My point is things come up at the last minute and it’s a pleasure to be deal with senior management that understands our families needs.g Norman is a keeper - hopefully someone shares this review with him personally. “Quick swing through Stuart”

Banking on a Hampton Inn quality we stayed here. Quiet, restful, clean and huge rooms. Staff was friendly, rooms facing away from the road were quiet not sure of the road facing room. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn fare. No complaints here

I was in the area visiting my sister-in-law, and this Hampton Inn is close to her house, so it's usually our first choice when we are in her neck of the woods. It's not that this is a super swanky property (it's not), but it's a perfectly acceptable hotel that's clean and comfortable, if drab and dated. This is a very basic Hampton Inn that's starting to feel a little tired around the edges. The rooms and overall property are definitely due for a renovation soon, especially when weekend rates are pushing close to $285 a night for a standard King room. That price feels ambitious for what you're getting here, and it's mind-boggling that this hotel regularly commands rates in the $200 to $300 range. The hotel does check a lot of practical boxes. It's located right on a busy main road with tons of restaurants, stores, and chain conveniences nearby. I wouldn't exactly describe the area as quaint or charming, but it felt safe, relatively quiet at night, and easy to navigate. Parking was plentiful, free, and well-lit, which I always appreciate. The staff was friendly enough, but I barely interacted with anyone because the Hilton app made everything super easy. I used digital check-in, skipped the front desk completely, and unlocked my room by holding my phone up to the door without the need for a plastic key. Very convenient. The room itself was dated but clean. The AC worked beautifully, which is a necessity in Florida! I had it ice cold in there, so much so that I had to get a blanket. The layout of our room was a little odd, but very spacious. I like Hampton Inns because there's always a handy mini fridge and microwave in the room, which always make a hotel stay easier. Amenities are standard. There's a mediocre free hot breakfast, free WiFi, and an outdoor pool. Nothing fancy, but functional. This Hampton Inn is not stylish, not exciting, and maybe overdue for some upgrades, but it's friendly and comfortable.

“Clean, Great Location, Cost was way to high for this location...........”

Hotel was very clean with a nice location. Location was near downtown Stuart. My only issue was the price of almost $700 for 2 nights. Seems very high for this area. Also food for breakfast wasn't replenished quick enough.
