“Above and Beyond”
The room was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable and enjoyable. Sasha and Sisipho both helped to make our time at the hotel special!

“A Lovely Front Desk Greeting While Registering”
Sisipho, at front desk was amazing, very friendly and a lovely personality. I asked her where is is from and she mentioned South Africa. Loved her accent. and she has a great smile. Very accommodating and friendly, I had a wonderful experience. ML

“Welcoming staff”
We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Key West. Our check in went smoothly and Sisipho was very helpful. She provided information for places we could go for fun and shuttle services to downtown. She was very kind and friendly.

“Great location and friendly staff”
The hotel is very nice and so conveniently located. Breakfast was great with more options than most buffets. Be sure and book the rate that includes breakfast as it is money well spent. The hotel is very clean and all amenities were better than expected.

“Paulson, great staff member”
Hotel was well located and staffed. Especially outstanding was Paulson who did a great job staffing breakfast each morning. He was driven to make sure we had everything we needed and was a delight to talk to.
