“Honeymoon stay”
We had an amazing stay. Tom Gilpin at guest services was super helpful. He made our stay so pleasant & Koke, the security officer was eager to help and got us on the shuttle to Casa Marina. Everybody at this place was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon!

“Great service, meh rooms”
The staff is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. They turned a tired and bruised hotel into a great experience. If service is important to you, this is a great place to stay. “Great stay”
Stayed at The Reach in KW and it’s been a great experience. The whole establishment is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. The only issue we experienced was a prom being hosted by the hotel. It got little loud and our room was just down the hall from it.
