We stayed in unit 310. It had one bedroom, and is perfect for two people, a bit crowded with three, and I would not recommend for four. The unit was meticulous, and I am very picky. It was modern and had pretty views. I appreciated the well stocked bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, too, but they forgot the paper towels, so you may need to pick those up. There is a full refrigerator and oven, but no storage space or prep space for food, so don't plan on eating here much. It's fine for continental breakfast, sandwiches or microwave meals. The furniture was comfortable, although I thought the couch was turned an odd way for tv viewing. The bed was pretty comfortable. I liked that the unit had an umbrella and two chairs. The chairs are fairly small and low riders, so if that doesn't work for you, you'll want to bring your own. The beach towels were sufficient. The elevator was broken during our visit, but the host compensated us, so I thought that was fair. The beach here is very quiet. Not as pretty as Clearwater, but if you are looking for a place with no crowds, this is it. The pool was very small, but was never crowded, so it was not an issue. Enjoy your stay! m

We originally booked room 212, but because of water damage we were moved to 313. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The oceanfront view was beautiful! The room was VERY small. It had 1 bedroom and a main room. The main room television was on the side wall which made watching tv from the chair odd. There was no dishwasher and a tiny counter area which made it difficult to have food in the room. The bedroom had a bed which was so high I had a very hard time getting into it. There was no tv or dresser in the bedroom. We had to keep our clothes bags in the main room. The first thing I saw upon entering the room was an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning service, considering I paid a high cleaning fee I thought it was inappropriate. Also, service fees were as much as the total for our 3 nights. The beach has new sand dunes which were very high, and many people complained about it being difficult to climb. The pool fit 8 people comfortably. The pictures look nice, but there are nicer condos for less money on the beach.
