My family of 6 stayed for a week around New Years and had an absolutely fantastic vacation. The rooms were well-appointed with many recent updates. There was plenty of space for us. We cooked most nights and didn’t have a problem at all making ourselves at home. The balcony and view were a definite bright spot, and we spent a lot of time visiting outside or just sitting. The grounds also didn’t disappoint. We went from the pool to the hottub to the beach to the clubhouse to the shuffleboard court. Everything was well maintained. The kids played ping pong and we took some games up to the room for evening fun. The website indicates that in mid-January 2025 they are renovating the pool area. We were fortunate enough for it not to affect our trip. The staff were also extremely attentive. I called to indicate that we’d need a late check-in, and the woman who I spoke with could not have been more pleasant. Throughout our stay, the staff would greet my family and I. They went out of their way to ask if we needed anything and how our stay was going. We also caught a couple of satellite launches. The view from the beach in front of the condo was much better than the one from Titusville. Overall, our week was the most relaxing vacation that we have been on because we are usually on the go. It was exactly what we were looking for and will definitely come back if we get lucky enough to trade our timeshare for this hidden gem.

“Always a relaxing and fun stay!”

I have been going to Oceanique with friends each early June for many years. We have always had a good time with a relaxing pool a favorite. We have a list of favored nearby restaurants that are enjoyed too. The updated rooms in 2023 was nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

“Lovely resort with exceptional staff”

Oceanique is a resort on the smaller side; however, most units have a view of the ocean and all have two bedrooms. There is a large game room, with a nice little library and a ping pong table. Oceanique is a resort on the smaller side; however, most units have a view of the ocean and all have two bedrooms. There is a large game room, with a nice little library and a ping pong table. The unit was well stocked and clean. The guest bathroom, kitchen and living room had been refurbished. Not sure why they didn't do the master bath, but it was still fine. The staff is exceptional, especially Ryan. For the first two days of our stay, the elevator did not work, and he carried up our bags. The dishwasher didn't work and he immediately replaced it. I tripped on the stairs, injuring my arm and he, along with a nice young woman at the desk, treated it. The resort does not have a fitness center, but there's a gym a short walk up A1A. The main drawback to Oceanique is that the beach is deteriorating and a long line of sand delivery trucks traverse the beach on a daily basis. This isn't the resort's fault, but for all practical purposes, the beach is not one where you can sit and relax.

The property is nice but missing love and tender care by management and/or ownership. Needs updating. Beach view is nice but some rooms do not have a view due to overgrown trees/shrubs. The property is nice but missing love and tender care by management and/or ownership. Needs updating. Beach view is nice but some rooms do not have a view due to overgrown trees/shrubs. Rooms are nice and large. Pool area nice and large pool. Lobby nice but closes at 4pm so kids cannot play foosball, or pool at night. Staff is ok but not very welcoming. Property needs attention form ownership. Could be a great place. Would I return, yes.
