“Great Value stay in Surfside with Free Parking and Pool, without any resort fees but can be noisy for light sleepers”
Location The hotel is located in Surfside on Harding Avenue, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and park. “Amazing place!”
This place was amazing. Rooms were very clean. The pool was clean and accommodating with their hours. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect 10 minute walk to the beach, with also free parking. Would definitely stay again!

“You get a comfortable room with a kitchenette & free parking, right near the beach.”
The room was nice & comfortable. I appreciated the free parking. You're 2 blocks ftom the beach. I was on the 2nd floor so I didn't find it too noisy. I would stay there again.

“A good place for 6 nights”
the good: easy check-in, 24 hour reception desk, nice pool, clean, close to the beach, beautiful pool area and free parking which is very rare in Fort Lauderdale!
