The service I got at the pool by Youlinx totally changed the whole experience. He is amazing! I will be coming back and I hope to see him again. He was so great to me yesterday! He’s working hard. Amazing!!

“Amazing time”
From Melissa and Nikolai the hotel management to Alejandro There is not enough they can do for you. It all starts with Mack and Sebastian valets meeting you up front then Mie Hero and Lau the best bellmen. To the amazing front desk staff I give the 10 stars.

“We love Charles”
Great experience here…. Loved the small pool near the beach. Charles, who is Manning ice cream stand was amazing!! He told us all about the property and gave us rate tips on how to get around Miami Not sure why he is doing the ice cream stand as he seems like he would be a great person or something… more

Just came by on a whim using a resort pass and got a full VIP treatment from Marco T. !! He was patient attentive and super helpful I really appreciated the effort he made to accommodate us on this busy day. Will be back for many more days by pool 😊
