“Lovely”
Location- easy walk to beach, restaurants. Nice area. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff via emails, texts always quick and nice. We did not hear any noise. Fabulous place!

“Perfect South Beach Stay!”
Had an amazing stay at the Franklin Suites South Beach. The location couldn't be better with just a 2-minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We stayed in a pretty roomy 1-bedroom suite which also included a well-stocked kitchen. “Had a great time”
The studio was beautiful, it was modern furnished and you could even cook for yourself. Very close to the beach, and in the center of the activities. Great location. The door lock was electronic and just had to now the code, it closed itself.
