Basic budget hotel. No frills, but clean and comfortable. Was only there one night pre cruise, but experienced a crisis when we realised my husband had left his phone and credit cards in the taxi we took from the airport. Stressing ++ as we were going transatlantic cruise the next morning and had no idea of the name of the taxi firm we used. The hotel staff were marvellous. Helped in every way possible to trace the driver, with an eventual successful outcome. So grateful to them for their understanding and support.

So, I booked this place for the convivence to the conference center, and from the pictures on their website. I checked in August 2nd, 2025, and checked out August 8th, 2025. Let me start by saying Jose and Mariana at the front desk was nothing short of AMAZING! Making me feel at home every day, so this review is NOT a reflection on them. So, to start the pictures on the website and the actual rooms are a bit off, modern is a little bit of a stretch. My first 30 minutes in my room was met by someone using a key to enter my room unannounced, only to learn she was a part of housekeeping with no id or uniform. I was assured it wouldn't happen again. The room itself was a nice size because it was a suite, but the couch was covered with a cloth and for good reason as it was horrible and falling apart. The living room area was not well lit, and the fridge was missing a temperature knob, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and no box of tissue anywhere to be found. The bathroom was really not modern and the way the shower was designed, water was all over the floor. If you are used to hotel amenities like continental breakfast, or ice buckets in your room, this place is not it. There is one ice machine on ground floor, with only 10oz cups to put ice in. There is a fridge in the room, but no freezer portion. The bed, I've had better, but the room are roomy, if you have a suite. If you're looking for a quiet place away from the craziness of Miami Beach, this is it. But you will lose that Miami beach vibe, pool, restaurant and bar area. You will have to order your breakfast or go get it, there's one elevator that can take a while to come, I took the steps on several occasions. Other than that, next time I know what I'm getting into. So, whoever owns this place or chain needs to seriously hire someone to modernize hotel Belleza. The one thing they got right was the customer service reps and the majority of the housekeeping staff.

When we booked, a year before our trip. We requested a room with three beds. On arrival it was a double bed and a sofa bed. They said hotel was full so no other rooms available. The sofa bed wasn't made up and we had to request bedding and then make the sofa bed up ourselves. After a 10hr flight, and arriving at 10pm this wasn't ideal! Hotel is clean and comfortable.
