“Pre cruise staff”
Great location, the hotel is clean but the staff are what makes this hotel, they really do go above and beyond, we will definitely return purely for how kind and helpful the staff are!

“Great Experience at Hyatt South Beach!”
Everything was great and up to par. Zero issues on anything with check in or check out. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and well kept. The room was perfect for what I needed and had everything I needed as well. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

“Very nice stay on South Beach”
This is an excellent hotel in a very good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great for 2 people. We will consider staying here again in the future.
