“Welcoming”
Rheana at the front desk and her manager Sheldon were 2 of the most patient people I've ever met in my life, they dealt with an issue we had with booking and remained friendly through the whole thing. Much love to both!

“Nice hotel”
Nice hotel in Miami beach. Room was great, as was the beach and Nobu swimming pool (the other pools shared with Eden Roc have uncomfortable beds, but Nobu pool has much better beds). Front desk and bell services were excellent. Shared lobby with Eden Roc makes it less special than other Nobu hotels… more
