“Great customer service.”
I’ve been coming to the Royal Palm hotel in Miami on a regular basis and as always it’s was wonderful. As usual Elizabeth ( front desk manager ) is so awesome. “Excellent!!”
I have been to this hotel several times and I absolutely recommend it!! The location is perfect and the staff is very pleasant! The rooms are spacious!! Will be going soon!! My family really enjoys coming here!!
