“Nice hotel but falsely charged for allegedly taking mini bar items!!”

“Incompetent staff”
I booked and paid for a trip to Key West through reception at the Boulan hotel next door. But the woman who booked it messed everything up and in fact there was no booking made for Key West. This marred my holiday.
