“Treated guests poorly.”
The property is beautiful but but service was very rude- pool employee made us move chairs for “VIP guests”. These were general amenity chairs.

“Disappointing stay”
I am very disappointed with this property. It was recently renovated and yet the rooms are a little worn. The room I booked wasn’t what was provided at check in and there was little help from the staff to accommodate. As a titanium member I would expect more especially from Ritz Carlton.
