“Fun space for a close family”
Decent space. Bunk beds and pull out sleeper allow for 6 guests, but those 4 should be close friends as no privacy. The laundry area is VERY busy, but handy. The location near beach handy, but street noise and restaurant noise can interrupt sleep if in cottages closest to either.
