My husband and I love our getaway trips to this hotel. We are always greeted with a friendly welcome and smile from the staff. From the water urns in the lobby to the well-appointed work out room, this property has a lot to offer. We love the pool and the business center. Even though we getaway, often times we need to work a little, too.

“Enjoyable stay”

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen in it but found it lacking in some kitchen essentials. There were basics like plates, cups and bowls. However there were only two stock pots for cooking anything on the stove/oven. We ended up buying a sheet pan at Walmart so we… more

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen in it but found it lacking in some kitchen essentials. There were basics like plates, cups and bowls. However there were only two stock pots for cooking anything on the stove/oven. We ended up buying a sheet pan at Walmart so we could use the oven. This wasn’t a huge deal since we drove to FL, but might have been an issue if we had limited packing space if we had flown. The breakfast included with the stay was very good. They had different options each day and the staff did a good job keeping it stocked. We would stay here again.

After a 5 hr drive Waited an hour to check in ..5pm Previously told due to late check outs … Stayed 5 days and had one housekeeping visit where clean towels dumped in the sink and no toilet roll left Room itself fairly clean but starting to show some signs of age Noise from AC cupboard horrendo… more

“Unfriendly staff. Broke elevator!”

We stayed for four nights, and the room/suite was clean. However, one of the elevators was broken for the duration of our stay. Most of the staff were not friendly or welcoming. We stayed for four nights, and the room/suite was clean. However, one of the elevators was broken for the duration of our stay. Most of the staff were not friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was mediocre — I only enjoyed the oatmeal with toppings. The carpet in the hallway on my floor (3rd) remained dirty with crumbs and crackers throughout the entire visit. Given the area, I expected a higher-quality hotel. I will not book here again.
