I cannot put into words what an amazing place this is. I have never experienced such great staff on a holiday. They were always friendly, available to help and nothing was too much trouble. The pools were awesome and never felt crowded. There is no early morning run to the pool to put a towel down, so much room with all the pools. Pool towels are also provided. Our accommodation was clean, tidy and everything we needed for our stay. Great strong hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Dishwasher, microwave and a huge fridge. Laundry room on site and I washed and dried my clothed prior to returning home, the washers are huge. Totally central to all Parks, whilst we used uber alot, there is a shuttle bus that collects at reception. We ate at Chilli's, Gordiano's, Millers Ale House which were all super. We also ordered a takeaway which was delivered to our room. A huge shout out to Terri on reception, she went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a superstar.

Our 3rd visit to blue tree this time with my daughter and her family,me and my wife had our usual 1 bedroom unit my daughter had the 2 bedroom unit both were as expected and we were able to be given the same block thanks to Gladyann at check in who deserves a special mention as she was more than helpful with a couple of requests we had during our stay,I have reviewed Bluetree twice before and nothing really changes from them reviews this is still excellent value for money,the only slight changes we noticed from previous visits were the towel change has changed to one change per week,we were again lucky to have a washer dryer in our unit so no real problem giving the towels a clean ourselves but I think this is a bit tight if you don’t have that facility and are expected to use the same towels for a week you are left two of each towels per person but previously we could change on a Tuesday and Thursday without charge.the second thing was although security still patrol throughout the day it does not seem as often and also previous visits we would be asked to show our pool bands at least once a day,we stayed for 3 weeks this visit and was not asked once to show our bands this is not a problem but a couple of times we had large numbers of people taking over pool areas with family and friends a full blown birthday party with music at one point with people that we had not seen at the pool before or after so I feel that security should have taken note of this,I’m not a kill joy but from enjoying the pool to having at least 20 people hovering over you while they shout over the music that they are playing and are not paying guests of the property it takes away the usual quiet and relaxing feel of Blue tree.the last thing is when rooms are cleaned the floors only seem to be swept we have been in the renovated rooms which have laminate floor and really need a mop clean as the floors remain dusty after being swept which means your feet or socks pick up the remaining dirt and dust,it is just a small thing but would make a massive difference. Overall another great stay at blue tree and we hope to be back again next year

We had a great time at the Blue Tree. The location is ideal, close to Disney Parks and shopping! The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, beds were comfy, kitchen and laundry were so convenient. In our free time we enjoyed the pools, played mini golf, pool, and basketball. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Great home away from home!
