We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. While the hotel is a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it for the experience. We chose to celebrate our baby’s first birthday here, and it made the occasion even more special. We ordered a cake through room service, and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

We stayed in a four-bedroom Flat overlooking the bay, and overall, our experience was excellent. The residence was spacious, well designed, and perfect for a family getaway. One of the highlights was being able to watch the Disney fireworks from our balcony each evening, which added a special touch to our stay. They have specialized rentals. We rented boat in the evening and had the bay to ourselves. The Evermore staff was friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. The resort amenities, beautiful lagoon, and family-friendly atmosphere made this a memorable vacation, and I would absolutely recommend it to families looking for a luxury Orlando resort experience. A few areas for improvement would elevate the experience even further. First, our unit slept up to 11 guests, yet the patio only had seating for two people. Additional outdoor furniture would allow families to fully enjoy the beautiful views together. Second, while the accommodations were beautiful, the bedding did not feel consistent with the luxury, five-star experience that Evermore otherwise delivers. Upgrading the mattresses, pillows, and linens would better align with the premium nature of the resort. Overall, Evermore exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful family vacation. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

I live in Orlando. I had a free night certificate to use, so I decided to use it locally. I had been to the Conrad on three prior occasions. The first time to eat at Sophia's Trattoria on January 16, 2024. The second time to eat at Ceiba on February 18, 2024. The third time to eat at Papaya Club on October 19, 2025. The hotel opened on January 9, 2024. This was my first time staying here. I was assigned room 425. Service - 10/10 Everyone I encountered at the hotel was friendly, gracious, kind, and helpful. From the front desk agents, to the staff at Ceiba, to the concierge staff, to the gate security guard, to the pool and beach staff, to the valet attendants. The staff really go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Room - 10/10 Very large and spotless. I mean not even a ding, scuff mark, or smudge to be found. It felt like the room was brand new. Specific room details: · Large balcony with glass sliding door. · No mini refrigerator. Only a minibar. · Iron and ironing board. · Extremely comfortable bed with luxurious and soft bed linens and duvet. · AC was very quiet and worked extremely well. · Free wi-fi worked well. · Water pressure in shower was great. · Glass enclosed stand-up shower with door. · Separate toilet room. · Stationery shower head and handheld shower head. · Lots of counter space in the bathroom for your toiletries. · Lots of shelf space in shower for your toiletries. · Electronic do not disturb light. · Huge wardrobe closet with hangers, slippers, robes, luggage rack, etc. · Nice lighting in room. · Conveniently placed electrical outlets. · No microwave. Hotel Information The hotel sits within the gated Evermore Orlando Resort directly on Evermore Bay, an 8-acre man-made crystalline lagoon. Evermore is a sprawling 1,100-acre luxury vacation destination. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, verdant, and tropical. You should enter at Gate 2. This is the gate closest to the hotel. The hotel has 433 rooms, eight floors, three restaurants (Sophia's Trattoria, Ceiba, and Papaya Club), and a grab and go store. Ceiba is the rooftop Mexican restaurant where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the nearby Disney fireworks. Breakfast is served at Sophia's Trattoria. Papaya Club is located outside near the bay. You enter the hotel on floor 3. This is where the lobby is. Parking is valet only with in-and-out privileges for $50.00 per night. There is no executive lounge. Diamond members are given a daily credit of $25.00. There are no ice machines. But, if you call, they will quickly bring ice to your room. They have a beautiful resort-style pool and a sand beach on Evermore Bay. They provide complimentary water and Project Reef cooling lotion, SPF 50 sunscreen, and SPF 30 sunscreen at the pool. They have a comfortable Arrival Departure Lounge adjacent to the pool for anyone who checks in early or if you are staying after your check-out time to enjoy the pool. I have stayed at Conrad hotels in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Rabat, and Seoul. While I loved all of these properties for different reasons, the Orlando property is second to none. This is a hotel I highly recommend!

Beautiful property with visually stunning grounds, friendly staff, and a very impressive resort aesthetic. Disney was wonderful, transportation was smooth, and we genuinely enjoyed many parts of our stay. That said, this resort felt much more focused on curated “luxury experiences” than actual comfort and convenience. The lagoon-style pool is beautiful to look at, but guests should know that a large portion of it is roped off and reserved for paid boat activities, so you cannot actually swim freely in most of the center area. It felt more decorative than functional at times. The room itself was modern and clean, but the comfort side missed the mark for us. The airflow and AC at night were difficult to manage, the lighting controls and buttons were oddly designed and inconveniently placed, and the in-room coffee setup was overly complicated for guests who simply want a normal cup of coffee in the morning. The TV setup was also frustrating. There were very few standard channels available, and the system heavily pushes guests toward signing into personal streaming services, which honestly felt like unnecessary work while traveling. Overall, the resort is undeniably beautiful, but much of the experience felt engineered around aesthetics and upsells rather than relaxation and practicality. For the price point, I expected more comfort, more convenience, and less “experience management.”
