As a Disney fan, can't and will never complain about a Disney vacation trip. I've already stayed at all of the All Star hotels and this time had a chance to take my daughter and son and I loved the experience. Since the hotel has all these huge characters all over the place, it gets more magical for kids, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It's not very "adult", and that's what I was just what I wanted for my kids. Location is perfect, since you can take Disney's transportation system and go all over the WDW, rooms were nice, cozy and clean, although I would love to see more paintings and themed sheets and stuff inside the room (just like Disney's alexa). Service was good, people are most of all, always happy and treat you well and the amenities are always nice. Always a great stay to be in Disney World.

“Excellent value Disney stay”

We stayed here for 14 nights end of June into July (over the 4th). 2 adults, 2 kids (10 & 7). We were in the Mighty Ducks block, which was perfect for us - nice and quiet, an easy walk to the main complex and the smaller duck pond pool in front of our block. We used the buses from All Stars Music mostly as they were just over the road. Never had any bother or long wait for buses, they were plentiful! Rooms are compact, but absolutely fine for all the time you're in them. Spotlessly clean, and mousekeeping were so sweet (every second day they came). We looked at upgrades,but you don't get much more for your money (being on the skyliner route granted would have been nice!). Yes it's budget end,but it didn't feel like that when you compare room for room with the next level up. Loved the theming! The pool complexes were great, and being open til 11pm was awesome to cool off late at night without the sun beating down. Enjoyed the family activities - silent disco, marshmallow toasting, poolside crafts. We also went to Music one night for movies by the pool. The restaurant offers plenty of choice, though we were a little fed up after two weeks of it. Pizza is a great value choice for a family light meal. Every single member of staff was incredible. Always smiling, always interacting with a bit of chat, going out of their way to help. We didn't ever get bad customer service. They all work so hard to keep the complex spotless. Happiest place on earth 🥰

We stayed here for two weeks over Easter for our honeymoon, and had the most amazing experience! It was our first time in Florida and we we wanted to stay somewhere fun and with character, hence our decision to stay here and we're so glad we did! Firstly, we were so impressed with the staff; there were only two members (both on the same breakfast service) who were not the friendliest, however, we did not see them again during our stay, and everyone else was so happy, engaging and willing to help so we felt completely relaxed during our stay. We loved seeing the staff welcoming guests as they headed towards the buses for their day at the parks, with the tunes blasting and staff dancing - it was totally unexpected but a real highlight. Room service was regular and always done to a high standard; our room was far more spacious than we were expecting and we overlooked the Mighty Ducks pool which was a great view. It was a little noisy at 11pm when the whistles blew to signal pool closure, but we had so few people walking past our room that it didn't bother us hugely. The entire hotel was kept incredibly clean; we can honestly say that we did not see one piece of rubbish laying around during our stay, and staff were always on hand to help clean up in the restaurant too, so there were plenty of choices for seating. We were so pleased with the regular bus service, which went to every single park, including Disney Springs, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon (although Typhoon Lagoon was not open during our stay). We didn't realise that not every Disney hotel had as much choice for buses, but it really made getting around so quick, easy and simple. The food was always filling; the breakfast choices always remained around the same but the dinner menu varied slightly each night, with nightly specials. It was basic but we found it tasty and a great option if you'd spent a long day at the park and wanted something quickly. There were a great selection of snacks and drinks too, and we thought that the coffee/milkshake station was fantastic! Overall, we would happily return to this hotel. We genuinely felt that it was value for money, especially when you consider that there is access to every Disney area from your doorstep and the theming around the resort is fantastic - where else can you see giant characters from Toy Story on the walk back to your room?! A lovely hotel where we could ask no more of the staff. Thank you!
