Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort was beautiful. Immersive theming with beautiful grounds. The rooms were large, clean, with ample storage. Housekeeping is every-other day, but can request additional towels etc as needed. This was a very large property - if walking isn’t for you I would look for a more condensed property or a preferred location room. Dig Site pool was very fun, large, had kids activities as well as close bathrooms, bar, and quick service dining option.

Room was cleaned every other day had it been cleaned daily I would have upped the rating I gave, the resort itself was beautiful and it was big there was easy access to all the parks. One thing that I felt although I was going there for the experience of Disney world I did feel somewhat trapped so if you don’t drive and want to look around Orlando itself you will need to get a taxi . We did not bother to do that and just kept to the parks but again the busses are only for the parks and on. Other holidays I’ve liked to just walk offsite to the local shops if that makes sense and there is no way you can do that at Disney plus there’s probably crocodiles knocking about 😂 yes there is warning signs of this everywhere but we did not see any so don’t panic. Anyway good pool area , good views , food is average onsite best food is served near the pool area with a slide and good entertainment at night with 3-4 lifeguards watching over pool area , good rooms , very comfy beds , tv , bathroom items such as shower gels , shampoo cotton buds etc , fridge, air con there is an arcade area for kids. Prices in shops onsite are quite on the expensive side and whilst Disney itself at parks is not cheap it is cheaper then the onsite. If your on Disney plan for dining that can be confusing if your from uk but don’t be afraid to ask as you will find American people to be very friendly not just the workers but in general.

Came for a convention and tagged on some vacation. Stayed in Casitas section and it was very close to the convention center and food court. Room was well sized and I was pleased that there were two sinks and that the sink area had doors as well as the a door to the toilet so I didn't have to disturb my family when I got ready early in the morning. The room was very clean and nicely furnished with many drawers and cabinets. Beds were too soft in my opinion and strained my back. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, but with the celling fan on we were comfortable. Of note, on our appointed cleaning day, our "ROOM OCCUPIED NO HOUSEKEEPING NEEDED" sign disappeared during the night. When we left in the morning we thought nothing of it as we wanted housekeeping. When we returned in the evening, the sign mysteriously returned outside our door and our room was not serviced. A quiet pool, akin to a regular hotel pool, was about a 3 minute walk and next to the gym. There was no bar there or hot tub. Gym appeared to have the regular hotel equipment. We did not make a trip over to the large pool. Restaurants were regrettable. Went to Rix after being turned away at Maya and Three Bridges. We could only sit at the bar that hadn't been cleared yet and we waited 5 minutes for that and to be acknowledged. Had breakfast at El Mercado and the pancakes and bacon were like rubber. The staff at El Mercado were lovely. Rix, not so much but they were the only staff I had had issue with. Nearly all front of the house staff was great. Bell staff was exceptional. They practically insisted on taking me and my bags to my room via golf cart which many people may need as the resort is so spread out. . That said, nor sure if I'd stay here other than attending another convention at the property. It really wasn't for me.

I’ve stayed at Disney resorts many times and will continue to visit because I love Disney, but this stay at Coronado Springs left me feeling like some of the quality standards are slipping. The resort itself is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained, but our room could definitely use a deep cleaning. Several areas felt overlooked, and all three USB outlets at the desk were nonfunctional throughout our stay. One disappointment was the lack of complimentary bath products. The room only had a bar of soap, and even when housekeeping serviced the room, supplies were not consistently replenished. Housekeeping every other day is perfectly reasonable, but it would be helpful to have a designated place for used towels rather than having to leave them on the bathroom floor. During our stay, the resort was hosting a mattress and sleep industry conference. Unfortunately, many attendees were frequently smoking while walking around the property, and I overheard profanity on multiple occasions. While I understand Disney cannot control every guest’s behavior, it created an atmosphere that felt less family-friendly than what I’ve come to expect from a Disney resort. I still enjoy Coronado Springs and Disney as a whole, but for the price point, I expect cleaner rooms, working amenities, and a guest experience that feels more in line with the Disney standard. The magic is still there, but some of the attention to detail seems to be fading.
