Enjoyed staying at the Pop Century Resort! First time visiting Disney World and staying at a Disney hotel, and they really know how to do hospitality right. The Skyliner access to Epcot was great - super convenient - as well as the perks like early entry that being at the hotel confers. Despite being a 'value' resort, the rooms were well-appointed and nicely laid out. Also appreciated the pool bar (which had a surprisingly wide array of drinks for its size, and a good atmosphere), the large food court (which had a large variety of dishes that seemed engineered to meet the tastes and price points for 95% of hotel guests.) Also enjoyed the theming throughout the hotel!

This is a great, more affordable option for families going to Disney. Having access to the Skyliner is wonderful for Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The buses take longer but were ok. This is a great, more affordable option for families going to Disney. Having access to the Skyliner is wonderful for Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The buses take longer but were ok. Just be prepared there is often standing required on the shuttles. (This is a big reason some choose the pricier hotels. The transportation around really is easier.) The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were wonderful. Food was average. Rooms were small but sufficient. Theming was cute!

So i read my review from then. much same. much different. same: 50s location again. love it. if in building 3, very close to sky liner and both main pool and location pool. tip: always always always go inside and check rm location instead of just accepting computer rand… more

So i read my review from then. much same. much different. same: 50s location again. love it. if in building 3, very close to sky liner and both main pool and location pool. tip: always always always go inside and check rm location instead of just accepting computer randomly assigned on app. you’ll get usually a room that’s already ready and in area you’d prefer. (not guaranteed but always works for me ) same: if can bring a fan for noise blocking. it’s loud.doors close hard. people coming back late from or leaving early for parks. screaming kids. music at pool loud and open till 10. changed: food was terrible. if it’s at a common time in morning or worse , when the parks are closed and people coming back. It is extremely crowded, and you will literally regret it. By the time you have waited in line to pay, your food is cold. There are microwaves on either side inside the seating area. I paid $33 for a reg breakfast for my daughter and a small kids meal for myself. oatmeal had no flavor and was watery/gross. turkey sausage literally some floppy tasteless disc that they threw in microwave. eggs, of course the powdered kind which you expect that they were, but just nasty and bland. Her link sausage was very greasy. Bacon was so greasy you had to have napkins to soak it up. The manager was very gracious and refunded my money and offered us whatever we wanted to eat to replace it.which was lovely. lunches are no better. best bet is chicken fingers. they’re awesome. pools close if lightening is 30 miles away so be ready. if you’re coming in summer, you’re going to end up having to leave the pool. We had to do it three days in a row and we had literally just sat down. We had a 6 month old baby, so that was not fun. No fault of their own, just know that it happens. we took skyliner to rivera for coffees and breakfasts and a lunch. it’s still quick serve but they serve you. it’s small but good is 100% better. i would still stay here again bc of skyliner location but as usual, we bring our own lunch foods and snacks. refill cups are now $22.50 each. only used at resorts. **** you can use them at any resort just not parks. they are only good for your stay and i think 10 days after that. so they cannot be reactivated another time. tip: always check for skyliner maintenance in case its closed.
