Janitza at the Mango Moon Bar took such good care of us. Great drink recommendations and fun banter. Our large group all enjoyed our drinks and impressed buy her efficiency. Enjoyed talking about the world cup with you. Ask for her by name. Fantastic day!

2nd time visiting from the UK. Stayed again for 11 nights. Room ready at 3pm as stated. Plenty of parking. Walkable to sunset walk, shops, restaurants, h2o waterpark.. Nice breakfast included, it does get busy. Great reception staff booking us in, very informative. Gave us a choice of where we could stay. We took 2409. 2nd building, 1 bed suite with carpark/sunset view. Rooms are very spacious. Great for a longer stay. Bathrooms are amazing. Shower, oh wow 👌. Beds very comfy, great pillows. Tvs, full kitchen. Nice touch with the free drinks of a evening Couple of pointers. Midweek breakfast only till 9am! Laid out poorly, queues forming in the wrong places.. Weekends are busy. Nowhere to hang/dry clothes in the rooms.. It's our favourite place to stay. We will be back.

We really like this hotel, but had a few issues that make me want to give it 4 instead of 5 star rating. #1-Our room smelled AWFUL! At first we thought it was just the cleaning supplies. The very strong cleaning supplies were covering a very strong musty/mildew smell that left all of our clothes still smelling that way, even after returning home and a couple of washes. We figured most of the rooms smelled like that and had unpacked fully before we thought about changing rooms. In hindsight, we absolutely should have changed rooms. #2 Breakfast has a hard end at 9am during the week. The door was shut on me, and I was not allowed to even grab a banana. Coming from the west coast, that's 6am, so until we adjusted to east coast time, getting to breakfast was tricky. #3 Requesting anything took a long time. We needed more towels, a bathmat, and body wash (we had 2 shampoos), and did not receive them until over 24 hours after the initial request. #4 We booked a 2-bedroom suite and are Hilton Diamond members. Not a huge deal, but upon check-in, corner suites were available to book for the duration of our trip, but we were told there were no corner suites. I could book it on the Hilton app standing at the front desk, but was still told there wasn't any availability. #5 The ice machines did not work on either floor that has ice machines in building 2. I could get ice at breakfast, but that bottlenecked the machine. If there wasn't a horrible smell, the room would have been great. However, we were in a room at the end of the hallway, so our daughters' two queen room had end windows that did not have blackout curtains, and they woke up very early to the sun every morning. We loved the evening reception and having access to the Margaritaville pool. The water park access was a perk, but the water park was crazy busy when we went. It took 45 minutes to get food and over an hour for one slide. We did not go more than one day. Overall, we'd stay here again, but would definitely have a different approach.
