“A Long Drive”
Wife and kids drove 17+ hours to Orlando. Although not our final destination the Faifield Inn did it's job. It's property is attached to the Spring Hill Inn so they do share services. “Great customer service”
Terrific customer service. We had a crazy situation where my flight was delayed and my son needed to check in before i arrived. The manager, Adri, handled it beautifully with empathy and a problem solving mindset.

“Much better than expected”
Cheapest hotel if our stay but great start. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good choice and again staff helpful. Room clean. Pool superb. Bed massive. Maybe a kettle in room as not everyone drinks just coffee. Bottle of complimentary water maybe instead of $6!

This hotel was ok, but it wasn't anything special. The bed was comfy however there were a few small marks on the sheets. Although furniture was slightly worn the room was mainly clean.
