I stayed here for 10 nights to be with family who had some medical problems. The check-in experience went very smoothly. All front desk personnel that I had dealings with were very helpful and easy to deal with on a regular basis. Especially Stephanie who helped me with a couple of issues which could have been stressful. My original stay was for 7 nights but due to outside circumstances I had to extend my stay. The computer system wanted me to check out and recheck in but Stephanie worked her magic so that I would the same room and not have to repack everything. Later I needed to print some important paperwork but the printer for customer use was broken so she helped me print from the front desk computer. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of hot water for showering with good flow strength. The morning buffet was standard fair for free hotel breakfast but the quality was very good with a nice variety. There were only two negative issues during my stay. The tap water has a very strong unpleasant taste so make sure you have bottled water for drinking or brushing your teeth. Secondly the maid service was spotty. They come in every other day only but there were multiple occasions where waste baskets were not emptied and I had to take them to the trash can in the ice machine room. Also it appeared as if the carpet was never vacuumed. One last tip. The hotel is set back from Maguire Road and there is not good signage so you have to be alert when trying to find it.

Stayed here 1 night for attending a team meeting nearby. A bunch of us from our company stayed here. Decent hotel but pretty old and shows it age in furniture, light switches, bathroom furnishings, etc. Check in was quick. they have coffee in the lobby but most times it was lukewarm - a small pantry to buy water, candy, etc. they have a pool and gym but i did not use it. Had a good night's sleep and the internet was good.

I would recommend this place if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. Best rate available by $40/night on Thanksgiving eve in the Ocoee area. Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient Clerk at check-in. I later requested requested a change in dirty hand towels (makeup, lipstick and surface dirt still visible) and He complied satisfactorily. Left msg at reservation asking for an “updated” room. Bathroom recently underwent renovation could see unfinished areas with large gaps around shower pipes and under sink pipes probably the entry points for bugs. No comforters - thin wool-like unattractive gray bed Blankets and lumpy pillows. Coffee available in lobby was good!
