The atmosphere is incredible amongst the team members and staff. The peaceful view out my window is calming and grounding. I truly feel that you are getting an incredible value, meticulous cleanliness, quiet noise level, and the top of the line amenities that include a massage setting on the shower! Good Morning Mr. Flower and Mr. Wittish, My name is Ashton Conan, and I've been staying at the Hampton by Hilton - Ocoee Orlando from Thursday, July 30th until Monday, August 3rd (possibly extending the stay depending on the status of our house). The reservation was made under my mom, Elizabeth Conan, which might be why my name does not appear on the room reservation. Your team members have gone above and beyond for my family and me, and I want to make sure they are getting the recognition they deserve for truly making our experience one to remember for a lifetime. Our house flooded on Wednesday, July 29th, around 7:30 pm, due to a faulty installation of our shower pipes. My entire bedroom flooded, and it appears that we will need to replace the flooring across the house and the walls to my bedroom, bathroom, and brother's bedroom at the very least. My mom booked a room for us to stay until the maintenance crew can take away the air vacs and industrial fans in a few days (which is now causing the AC not to operate effectively since they are pulling so much energy, so I cannot sleep in the living room like I originally anticipated). Gotta love Florida summers! :) The past two days, your crew has made my stay something beyond my wildest dreams. I have not been the perfect hotel guest, and just in the past 24 hours I lost my wallet, spilled my coffee all over my room, and locked myself out when I was trying to clean up my spill. The entire team here at Ocoee has been amazing, and I want to give a special shoutout to a few of the team members that I've been able to have direct interactions with! Jonathan, the manager at the front desk, is truly amazing. His positive attitude, kindness, and compassion are infectious, and he has made more of an impact on my life in the past few days than I think he realizes. Amanda, the custodian, immediately jumped into action. Her gentle, warm spirit kept me calm and collected as we picked up the spill in my room. She told me that she would inform my cleaning attendant about the spill so the floors do not become sticky. Alyssa at the front desk went above and beyond. She gave me two packs of Lorna Doone cookies: one for me and one for my mom. Her positive affirmations helped me see the big picture and pull out of my depressive slump. Chelssie, my cleaning attendant, found my wallet that I lost in my room when she came by to clean yesterday. Between everything going on in my life, I was prepared not to have all my cards or cash still inside, and I was completely wrong. She even left me a handwritten note to "Have a boot scootin' stay!" which brought a much-needed smile to my face. I've only been here for two days, and the hospitality this team has created for my family and me is the definition of excellence. All Hamptons by Hilton should study this location to learn how to run an effective team with exceptional customer service. You have a lifetime customer with our family. God bless you all!
