“Always a great stay at the palace.”
My wife and I have enjoyed staying at the Buena Vista Palace on several occasions. We are always delighted to have such great guest service during our stay. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. “Palace that treats you like a princess!”
Location was amazing! The pool and lazy river were perfect for some relaxation. Our room was perfect and clean. The lobby bar and staff were wonderful! Plus with Bailey and Spencer, I was able to recieve 2 additional trips for an AMAZING value! Thanks so much for all your help and getting my family… more

“Happy”
Great common grounds, lazy river pool and walking to Disney Springs! Room with balcony view of both Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks. Guest Ambassador Sammi was attentive. accommodating and a pleasure to talk with.
