“Vacay in Paradise”

“Warm Weather, Warm Welcome”
We've been to many Hilton properties and this is one of the friendliest and most convenient. Guest Ambassador Lilly gave us a thorough presentation on programs that Hilton offers we would have never listened to over the phone. Her friendly demeanor really added to our experience!

“Great check in”
Lovely experience checking in with Ramiro! After travelling from Melbourne Australia to Orlando we were tired! Greeted by Ramiro, checking and offered a free upgrade! He warm welcoming and very knowledgeable offering lots of advance and handy tips!
