“Tiki bar during World Cup”
Michelle at tiki bar was very attentive and friendly. Drinks were even better during her shift than the previous staff which was also great. Didn’t know it would be possible. It was during the World Cup and she was alone and swamped and was attentive to everyone

IHG Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Tiki Bar with Michelle was our hostess/server at both breakfast and the Bar is an absolute delight. Customer Service 10/10 would recommend. She’s super kind and very professional ❤️
