Exceptionally clean and new looking hotel. We had a huge 1 bedroom suite that looked like it had hardly ever been used. Sleek modern design, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sofa, a small eating table and a pull out table for a laptop or extra eating area. King bed was comfortable and firm. Good breakfast options. A short walk to sevaral restaurant choices. Efficient, included airport shuttle service that we used to pick up a rental car. The one downside was the loud roar of jets overhead. The noise might be bothersome for a longer stay, but we were there only one night and were so tired that we slept right through the noise.

“Big noise issues”

So got 2 nights here check in was smooth very nice staff lobby cleaned etc ! Grounds well kept! They have 2 big grills by the pool so if u wanna grill steaks or whatever pretty cool!!! Now the bad parking is horrible!!! Once its around 7pm the entire lot is nearly full ! U can park in the fire lane… more

U can park in the fire lane if as last resort they won't tow u or anything! 2nd bad part was the damn noise I've never seen a hotel by Hilton have barley any sound proof walls ur by the damn airport for one ! Now staff needs to address guests because around 12 to 2am doors slamming kids running down halls then 7am bright and early everyone slamming doors loud af hey people are sleeping have some damn courtsey ! Overall ok 1 night 2 was pushing it to noise

Once you leave the chaos of the front desk you’ll find a great place The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable with great water pressure in the shower. Rate was decent for last minute booking. Parking a challenge after 7 p, appears to have several cars abandoned. Their breakfast selection was fair, rising costs of food probably dictates selection. The team at the desk have opportunity to improve guest experience, all frustrated and flustered with “being sold out” - it’s an airport location so high volume should be routine. I did see their manager speak to another guest, nor exactly professional. Overall, decent property. Great options for food and beverage nearby with short drive/ uber.

1. We arrived on December 30 on a 4 night trip and all went as expected upon arrival with the exception of parking, there was none and I parked on a curb. 2. The next morning I noticed that the room door would activate the door dead bolt upon releasing the door knob and it would do it 2-3 times, this was while trying to exit the room. 3. The morning of the 31st there was hardly any breakfast at 9am, just bread, cheese, coffee and juice so we went out to eat. This issue was solved on the morning of the 2nd so we never ate here, my guess is that they were fully booked but not prepared for such volume. 4. The room thermostat just reads the room temperature, it lets you manipulate the temperature but doesn’t really work. I later discovered that the A/C unit controls worked so I was able to adjust the temperature. This is one of the few hotels that I have been and the thermostat is useless. 5. Lastly, I’m a HH member and love the franchise. We stayed at a Home2 Suites in Kentucky recently and people were friendly and warm. I’m not sure what is going on in Orlando but even when asked for an additional bottle of water for my CPAP it was provided but he commented that bottles of water are provided on check in, really? I think that it was the least he could have provided since breakfast was not provided like they were supposed to do. The location is great, rooms are well equipped but I will never stay at this location again!
