Great hotel, very close to universal studios, city walk and Islands of Adventure. Room was large, and the sofa bed when opened was very comfortable. The queen mattresses in the other room were ok. That's the only opportunity here at this hotel is that I think the beds could be more comfortable. Now you could always get some extra pillows and and put them behind or under your back, etc otherwise the breakfast was good and had a good variety of options. Plenty of seating inside to eat as well there are tables outside that you can eat at. The parking is plentiful as there is parking on both sides but of the hotel. I found parking on the poolside was very plentiful. The elevators were not optimal at times. There are two elevators and one you had to hit floor 3 first before your floor that you were headed to. Not once ever did I have to wait for an elevator. I stayed on the fourth floor and had initially requested the 5th floor. On the 4th floor we were facing like an off ramp from a highway but we never heard any noise from the highway, In fact you could see some tourist sites which was really neat. The air-conditioning in the room was good. The toilet and shower were together and separated from them is the vanity sink area which is nice so someone could brush their teeth while the shower or toilet are in use by another. The staff couldn't have been any more friendly or accommodating. They have a text communication feature/option with them and I thought it was great. I used it a few times and one time I had asked for the sheets to be changed, they did change them while we were out for the day. The refrigerator was a full size one, there is a kitchenette area that was very clean, functional and I did not see any bugs my whole stay there. The room smelled clean the whole time and the carpet was very clean. The toilet, vanity area all were clean. The hallway was clean and even smelled good. Also to note I never heard any of my neighbors. The fellow clientele were diverse and very respectful to each other, people were kind, civil and patient when at the buffet which I found very refreshing. Even the other hotel guests children were very well behaved. There seemed to be families- whether a mom and a dad, multigenerational or parent with kids , business people, couples and singles staying here, which indeed made the place feel so comfortable and inclusive. We also got to experience the weds night snack feature and we had nac n cheese, pulled pork sliders and other goodies, would be nice if that was a 7 day offering or even Mon through Thursday but nonetheless that was wonderful and delicious! Overall this is a great hotel and my family had plenty of room to relax at the end of a fun-filled day. The Homewood suites is in a great location and I will definitely stay here again! I recommend this place 100%. Also this hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes away from Disney world and maybe 10 minutes away from SeaWorld. My main reason for picking this hotel was due to have 2 rooms, the breakfast (included) , free parking ( or included parking) and the proximity to Universal Studios. There also is a bus shuttle to the theme parks, universal City walk area but we didn't use it because we get free parking at city walk and we just drove since we had our own car. We stayed here Thanksgiving week 2025

We arrived to the hotel around 4:30pm, an Uber ride from the Brightline rail station at MCO airport. We arrived on Mon, October 27, departing around noon on Wednesday the 29th. We were greeted right away, and in our room in minutes. Everyone we had contact with at the hotel were very nice. From front desk staff, to breakfast attendants, and those from housekeeping. Our room looked good, smelled good, and was very clean. Everything worked great. It looks to be perhaps a relatively new hotel. In excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable, the shower worked great and the shower doors keep the water in the shower. There was little hallway noise, and noise from adjoining rooms. Outside traffic noises were very slight. We were on the 3rd floor, what I would call facing the rear of the property. Our breakfasts for our 2 mornings was wonderful. The breakfast tacos and bowls section was my favorite. The pork carnitas offering was very yummy. And the coffee was very good. A very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a quieter spot, just off of the main busy road. Easy to get in and out. We did sign up for the free bus transport to the Universal studios transit area. It worked great for us. We did a bit of walking in the area. Several restaurants and shops nearby. We walked back from Universal Studios, and I believe it took around 35 minutes to walk from the city walk area, to the hotel. An easy sidewalk walk. We had a very nice 2 night stay. I would certainly consider staying again.

“Good hotel option with large room and complimentary hot breakfast close to Universal”

Stayed 5 nights. Homewood suites has large rooms with separate sleeping area, which easily accommodates 4 without feeling crowded. Stayed 5 nights. Homewood suites has large rooms with separate sleeping area, which easily accommodates 4 without feeling crowded. Choose this hotel because we wanted to stay in this part of Kissimmee. Hotel has 2 elevators, but 1 was out of service making waiting times for elevators often to long for a building with 5 floors. Service was good, room had some maintenance issues which were solved promptly after I mentioned it to the lobby. Swimming pool with hot-tub was very nice. Room had no working desk (although there is enough space for it) as the Homewood at Dolphin mall Miami. Hot breakfast was ok, although variety limited. Hotel provides free transport to Universal at specific times; reservation required. Is definitely a hotel that I consider staying at again.
