I just want to emphasize how warm and welcoming Xavier was when I arrived and remains great with customer service. Miss Janice and Krishawn particularly in and around the food service on the first floor we're very cheerful and fun to engage with. Truly enjoy engaging with them and look forward to the rest of my stay particularly because of these three people!!

Staff was helpful and professional. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. I would especially like to thank Xavier, he was friendly and answered all my questions. Room was clean and I received an immediate response when I inquired about a lack of hot water in the shower. Overall we were very happy with our stay and plan to visit again.

“Would pick different hotel”

Pros: Kitchenette- I have a Gtube 15 mo old and was great to get some cold drinks and have a dedicated space to wash and mix her formula. Beds: more comfortable than my last stay in Moab. Shower: good water pressure even on the 6th floor Occupancy: had 2 adults and 4 kids. The 2 queen suite was perfect with a sofa bed and enough privacy for everyone to get ready in the morning without hogging the one bathroom. Pool: great but also sad that my kids had more fun at the hotel pool than they did at SeaWorld. Breakfast: included, just be prepared for long lines for coffee and waffles. They had cute Mickey one but everyone wanted them and both lines are not set efficiently for flow. Be aware they close the doors at 9:29A weekdays whether you are actively getting food or not. They closed a kid inside our last morning there because grew was taking too long. ————— Cons: $27 parking wouldn’t be “so bad” if you’re counting on the shuttle, in our case, to SeaWorld. BUT it leaves ONCE at 7:40A sharp and returns at 5PM! This is not printed anywhere in the lobby, or on the info sheet they give you when you check in. And btw, general parking at SW is $37. We found out the hard way and that was the essential reason I had picked this hotel only to be a failure. One working, slow as molasses elevator. Cleaning and towels every other day. So no fresh towels.

I would rate this property as average overall. There were some things it did well, but a few aspects of the guest experience left a negative impression. On the positive side, our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, which is especially important in Orlando. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the hotel itself appeared to be in good condition. My first concern was the parking situation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like parking fees were the focus. There were QR code signs for paid parking everywhere—in the parking lot, at the hotel entrance, at the front desk, and even on the key packet. For a simple uncovered surface parking lot, the $27 daily charge felt excessive. While I understand that charging for parking has become more common, it was an off-putting first impression, particularly at a hotel of this type and in a location that is not a downtown city center. The repeated reminders to pay for parking only reinforced that feeling. The other issue was breakfast service. I was somewhat surprised that breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. in a major Orlando resort area, where many hotels extend breakfast until 10:00 a.m. However, the breakfast hours themselves were not my main concern. What bothered me was how the breakfast closure was handled. At 9:29 a.m., employees were visibly watching the clock, and the moment it turned 9:30 they immediately began removing pans that still contained food, even while guests were actively serving themselves. Another employee closed a sliding door in a way that left only a small exit available for guests still in the breakfast area. The overall message was very clear: breakfast ends at exactly 9:30, regardless of whether guests are currently getting food. There is a difference between ending breakfast service and making guests feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff's approach felt abrupt and unfriendly, which left a poor final impression of an otherwise decent stay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the parking fees and the way breakfast service ended would make me think twice before staying here again.
