Great location central to lots of places to walk to for dinner or just stay there, it was a very nice hotel with lots to offer.

Stunning hotel from the minute you walk in. Giant digital display behind the entire length of the front desk was mesmerizing. Late bite and beverage at Rocks, great end to the evening. Housekeeping second to none. I had brought my own bar of soap, placed it on the back edge of the tub, housekeeping picked it up, cleaned under it and put it back in place. Room look sparkling each night when I got in.

“Great Spot to Lay Your Head”

Amazing check in experience with Courtney-it is very loud when you walk in but that is because there is a bar in the entrance area. Very nice and clean-great bathrooms-very well thought out. Wish there was a larger menu selection for room service.

Stayed for 2 nights for an event at the OCCC. Very good location with bridge accessing the west concourse. Unfortunately, during my stay, the bridge was undergoing maintenance…but it is still a very short walk across the street so not too bad. The room we stayed in (1139 on 11th floor of Tower 1) was about what I expected from a conference hotel originally built in the 80s, but in fairness the room had been kept up and maintained well considering the age. I believe Tower 2 is the newer part of the hotel constructed around 2010 so I’m sure those rooms are nicer. It served the purpose well and I would stay here again for the convenience in the future. Parking is pricey ($56 for valet and $45 for self-parking + tax) but I suppose it’s not wildly out of range for the area around the convention center. There are a good number of elevators and they are fast so we didn’t wait very long which can be an issue at other large hotels I’ve stayed at. For those who might care (like my wife), during my stay (4/3-4/5/26) I found Coke products in the gift shop. Market (the grab and go food place) sells Pepsi products. I ended up walking to the Walgreens down the street to pick up a Diet Coke and later saw that the gift shop had it. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was surprisingly big and has a small water slide which I was impressed with considering the area where the hotel is located. Holding it back from a “5” would be the room (clean but slightly dated), the somewhat higher than market price for self parking, and the bridge to the convention center issue (not the fact it was closed but because the staff should have disclosed at check-in and ideally provided the best alternate routes. For what it’s worth, you can either cross the street or you can walk down inside the hotel—through its conference area—and then go up the far escalator to go out onto the pedestrian bridge which connects the west building to the north-south building. We were staying for an event in the west building so dragging items (in one of those Hulken bags) was easiest using the bridge…and less dangerous for one of my kids who doesn’t pay attention to traffic :-).
