“Exceptional pottering service to flight baggage drop off”
Best airport hotel experience ever. Our porter came to our room, as scheduled at 4:45 am, loaded our luggage onto the trolley and lead us to our check in counter at the terminal. He then assisted to place the luggage tags on our bags and lift them onto the bag drop. We didn't have to lift a finger.… more

“Too expensive for the terrible check-in”
Check-in was terrible. Not enough staff to accommodate an influx of late-night arrivals and “system was slow” assigning rooms. Joined loyalty to check in faster and app didn’t work.
