“Great experience with great staff”
I had a wonderful stay at the Rosen plaza. The staff were amazing! Especially the whole valet and parking team! Will definitely come back soon

Arrived on the 5th January following a flight from Manchester. Booking in at reception we were delighted we had been upgraded to a junior suite on floor 2 It was absolutly brilliant with a view of the pool. “Nice, over priced, no hot water”
Overall nice hotel. Very clean. Tons of elevators. Easy access to Convention Center. Lots of food options but all over priced. Location is great. No HOT WATER in shower. Told it’s lowered so I don’t burn myself. $200 a night and no hot water!!!
