“Friendly, helpful staff”
Resort is going through renovations, so at times there can be some noise or areas closed off. But the staff has been super friendly and helpful. “Hotel Caters to both Disney and Universal Studios”
The Sheraton was a nice choice for a Disney Area hotel. Its one of the few hotels that include shuttles to both Disney parks and Universal parks.
