Return to Orlando after 24 years with my kids or adults now 18 /21 there first visit if you don’t want to hire a car this is a great location we loved the fact that everything was accessible from the suites I ride tolley stop right outside $22 pp for the fortnight great for seaworld and the outlets the free shuttle from the hotel to Disney and universal studios was great we took the free shuttle to bush gardens from I con parking Lot just across the road👌 sonesta didnt disappoint Vanessa so welcoming and helpful pool jacuzzi gym laundry room thanks guys we had a ball 👍

“Great hotel, fantastic staff in a perfect location”

We recently had a 12 night stay in a 1 bed apt/suite. It really was quite perfect. Very clean. Kitchen had a huge fridge/freezer, hob, sink and dishwasher. We easily had breakfast and lunch here. We recently had a 12 night stay in a 1 bed apt/suite. It really was quite perfect. Very clean. Kitchen had a huge fridge/freezer, hob, sink and dishwasher. We easily had breakfast and lunch here. So many restaurants close by, you dont miss a bar/rest in hotel. Starbucks is open from 7am to 11am to sort coffee or small breakfast needs. Pool open from 8am to 10pm. Car rental Sixt in reception area too. We used and took a car for 24 hours to see the sea! The staff are mega helpful. Other hotels should get some ideas from these guys. Helpful, friendly and kind. The location really is great. Opposite Icon Park. On the I trolley stop. Very close to many, many restaurants, crazy golf, shops. The shuttle bus is great,free, we only used for universal and we were the last pick up, so quick 10 mins to Universal.

“Excellent stay”

We loved staying at Sonesta . Vanessa and her staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help . It’s like a family hotel it’s is situated across from Icon parks and a lot of restaurants which are near . The apartments are clean and comfortable and bathrooms have shampoo ,shower gel etc . We loved staying at Sonesta . Vanessa and her staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help . It’s like a family hotel it’s is situated across from Icon parks and a lot of restaurants which are near . The apartments are clean and comfortable and bathrooms have shampoo ,shower gel etc . The pool is heated and a lovely jacuzzi . I highly recommend staying here and will be back in 2 years . I cannot rate how friendly and helpful the staff are and go out of their way to help .

We recently spent two weeks here. Having stayed before, the hotel is ideally located opposite Icon Park with shuttles to the parks. The suites are large and well appointed. Clean comfortable beds and decent kitchen facilities. Vanessa and the whole team are so friendly, kind and helpful and they quickly rectified any minor issues that we had. They are truly an asset to the hotel. Because of all these things we would stay again. The negatives of this stay were the large scale construction happening across from the hotel which was unsightly, although not disruptive or noisy to us, and of course not the fault of the hotel. And more notable, when we arrived the room hadn't had a deep clean. There was a lot of dirt on the floor around the edges and in the corners of the rooms, particularly behind the bed, a lot of black gunk under the bathroom sink rim, hair in the plughole and drawers were dusty. I had to clean some of this myself before we unpacked. We didn't experience this during our first stay in 2019,so maybe just a one-off. All in all though, a lovely holiday, thank you Sonesta.
