“Swanky Fun Mod Comfort!”
The hotel gleams and glistens in the sun and shines on the inside as well. The lobby is expansive and reminds one of a retro airport with those 'mod' vibes. Great amenities! “Great experience for first park owned hotel”
This is the newest universal hotel and close to epic universe. Hotel is space themed and we just loved the unique tile work on the exterior. We stayed on the top floor and it seemed as though it may have a higher ceiling than the lower floor which made the room appear larger. Simple but clean room.… more

“Lovely family stay”
Great location for universal. Buses run regular so not too much waiting around. Our room was very clean and spacious, we travelled with 2 adults and 2 teens (18 & 14) Coffee shop (market) and cafe were very handy in the hotel - cafe food isn’t amazing but it certainly does the trick after a bus… more
