A wonderful and refined experience. Excellent service at Peacock Alley with Leo and also with Reception: Ana & Pasquale. Everyone was so genuine, warm, and delivered truly bespoke service. I cannot wait to return to this hotel in the near future.

“Great staff but bad management.”
I booked a king bed deluxe suite with Amex fine resort and hotels. I had to pay extra for two queen beds, I didn’t get early check in and had to wait for a room with a view of the roof.
