“You never get a second chance to make a first impression!”
Nice facility, but almost every chair or couch in the lobby/bar area was stained and/or dirty and my room chair was torn. Unacceptable for a resort of this level and stature.

This hotel has lots of potential but needs some upgrades. Housekeeping was inattentive. Had to call numerous times for towels after room was cleaned.
