I bought the Hampton Inn at Pembroke Pines and arrived a bit earlier than check-in time knowing that possibly the room wouldn’t be ready early, which is not a problem. Happy to wait. Can always sit in a lobby and do some work. Upon entering the parking lot which was clean and the lobby which was clean and decorated very tastefully for the upcoming Easter holiday, Melanie greeted me with a smile and was able to get me checked in early and get me to my room after a long day of traveling it’s always nice to get in your room as soon as you get to your hotel cause you just wanna relax sit down and get to work. There is coffee and water in the lobby 24 hours a day there is hot water. There is decaf and regular coffee both dark roast and light roast in the lobby 24 hours that is wonderful to have in the lobby 24 hours a day. There’s also fruit for you as well all wrapped so if anyone touches one they’re wrapped with a saran wrap in the lobby and the breakfast area are clean. The entire hotel is clean. The pool area is clean and there are bathrooms out at the pool area. do you need your key card to get in and out towels are behind the front desk The rooms are clean and comfortable pillows are comfortable. There’s a desk area. There’s a microwave a refrigerator and there’s a small area. We can actually place things out on in the room such as your make up or clothes if you wanted, there’s also a table in an ottoman so you can sit down to put your shoes on and off plenty of lighting. There’s a hallway light plenty of light in the room so you’re not struggling for light in the room. It’s not dark and the air conditioning works. It’s actually really good air conditioning. I had to turn it up a little bit because it was quite cold. The blinds are blackout curtains so if you need to have it be really dark in your room you can do that as well nice big TV plenty of outlets. Plenty of outlets to plug your devices in your computer and the refrigerator also gets cold so if you need to put drinks in to get cold, no problem there the room is clean very clean the carpets clean the floor is clean. The bathroom is clean plenty of towels. It’s a very very comfortable. Good size room. Great stay friendly staff clean place. It’s close to everything. there’s a Cracker Barrel next-door there’s a gas station on the corner within a mile to 3 miles anywhere in that area. There are all kinds of different restaurants gas stations from fast food to local places to chain restaurants. There’s also Publix and shopping if you want to go shopping very convenient location very happy and again huge shout out to Melanie with a smile and being so friendly and making me feel like a valued Hilton rewards member.

Clean, with a plethora of amenities. Decent gym with Peloton, free weights and cable machine. Pool and hot tub. Everything in good working order. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Would be hard to find anything to complain about here.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was large and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Recommended.

Check in was quick, the front desk attendant was kind, professional and efficient. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with the major exception of the standard fluffy pillows that were on the king-sized bed since they immediately deflated to complete flatness once a head was placed on them. This lead to a very poor sleeping experience. Note to the Hilton procurer of pillows: please get manufacturer samples, take them home and if they are non-functional and do not provide head and neck support, do not buy them because they will make hotel guests suffer. I have never experienced such terrible pillows. The bed linen was clean and comfortable, the towels and wash cloths were fine, although a long piece of hair was inside the bath towel that I unfolded prior to taking a wonderful shower. Enjoyed the water pressure, the heated water on demand, the lighted mirror, and overall amount of space in the bathroom. The placement of the toilet paper roll was exceedingly awkward. You actually have to twist and look backwards to use it. The rooms appear to be soundproofed with the usual exception of the door. One guest thought it was a great idea to have an extended conversation on her mobile phone in the hallway after 10:30 pm, whereby she spoke in a normal voice for twenty minutes--she was there when we returned to our room for the night. We could hear her as if she were in our room. Breakfast was appreciated and was as expected. Individual containers of yogurt, fresh whole fruit, e.g, apples and oranges, make-your-own-waffles, pre-made individual omelettes, pork bacon or sausage, assorted pastries, juices, coffee and tea. The orange infused water was delicious. The staff was nice, the property was clean both inside and outside. The gym smelled like car exhaust fumes. I don't know what material was off-gassing in the room, but it really doesn't allow for a healthy workout experience. Please fix the air quality in there. I lasted twelve minutes on the treadmill. I want to state that despite these criticisms, I enjoyed my stay, and appreciated all of the amenities. We even observed a security guard walking through the parking lot on our last evening and I felt comforted by that extra measure to ensure the safety of guests' personal property, and can recommend this hotel. They have a hot tub that two guests stated that they enjoyed immensely as we shared an elevator while returning to our rooms. The hotel is in a great location and is quiet. I enjoyed the hotel guests and found them to be as nice as staff. The breakfast lady keeps everything running smoothly. Thank you hotel management and staff for succeeding in making guests hotel stay pleasurable.
