“Clean, fun resort”

Overall this resort is a nice place to vacation. It's only about a 2 minute walk to a great beach and it has 3 big pools. The staff was good and the unit clean. Toilets in our unit were really old and the bed squeeked any time we moved. It was a comfy bed though.

FANTASTIC STAY! I had a wonderful time and met lovely people from all over. The studio unit was spacious, and having the small washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The efficiency kitchen worked well — it was small, but functional — though pantry storage was limited and the fridge didn’t have an ice maker. Ice trays were provided, which helped. The gas grills near the tiki bar were excellent and used often. I loved the pools, jacuzzi, fountains, and of course the BEACH — absolutely breathtaking. The views and sunrises were perfect. The property is also within walking distance of Fisherman’s Pier and the Hillsboro Lighthouse, which made exploring the area even better.

This resort is very interesting in that there are 4 completely different buildings that one could get a unit in. We were in a Waterfalls unit. Maintenance and cleanliness adequate, resort very responsive to issues we identified. Proximity to the beach was a primary factor in choosing this property and we took advantage of that. Three primary complaints; one being the check-in time. Rather than being "4pm" it was "4 to 6pm" and our room wasn't made available until 5pm. A bad first impression. Second, our unit in a Waterfalls unit was a "lockout". Plenty of space and nice hide-a-bed, but two issues; first was that the queen hide-a-bed was bigger than the full size bed in the bedroom. Second was noise between the 2 lockout units. The folks next door may as well have been in our living room when they were talking on the phone. The lockout door provided no sound barrier at all.

“Carpets covered in MOLD”

We've been coming here for 24 yrs. This year we stayed in the Key West building. First thing we noticed was a broken pool lounger and a electrical outlet missing its cover and with exposed wires. We reported it on Tuesday, we left Saturday, nothing had been done. My wife noticed that the bottom of my feet were black and i suspected it was from walking barefoot across the parking area to and from our room to the pool. However that was not the case as for three days we didn't go to the pool. We finally realized it was from walking barefoot on the carpet in the bedrooms. Additionally from the second day we were there my wife developed a sore throat, headache, and sneezing and nose congestion. I did not, however i do use a cpap machine. Upon returning home and within 24 hrs, my wife's health had returned to normal. We now realize that the black on the soles of my feet was due to the carpet being covered in a layer of mold, and that mold was the cause of my wife feeling sick during our stay. I have reported this to Wyndham but we have yet received a response.

Aged facility Sea Gardens NORTH level 1. No balcony. Aged furniture, little kitchen shelf space, no hooks in bathroom and prep area. Toaster sets off smoke alarm (crazy!). Aged facility Sea Gardens NORTH level 1. No balcony. Aged furniture, little kitchen shelf space, no hooks in bathroom and prep area. Toaster sets off smoke alarm (crazy!). Concierge does not pickup phone or does not receive text msg they give you to call if any issues. Front desk friendly and helpful. 24/7 snack shop prices are way too high ($4+ for a bottle of water). They shut down pools at dusk (open at sunrise) so no night swimming (yet they have lights???).
