​I left a review for this location once before on another platform, but I wanted to provide an update because I’ve since had the pleasure of getting to know a few more people here. In this day and age, what’s really lacking is basic communication, eye contact, and genuine concern for others. That’s not the case at this property. If you’re traveling and have any concerns when you arrive, these are the people you need to deal with. These three have been a part of my life on and off for almost a year; while we don’t always have much time to speak, whenever we do get a few moments to shoot the breeze, we make sure to let them know how much we appreciate their help. ​Kadina (Manager): She runs a well-oiled machine and is a truly caring person who listens. You can tell she smiles with a real warmth in her eyes and absolutely means it. She’s been incredibly helpful and kind; there are times I just want to give her a hug and say thank you. ​Portia: Always helpful and keeps a warm, genuine smile on her face every time we walk in. ​Kevin: One of our go-to guys. He is so on top of it that he’ll have our info pulled up before we even get to the counter just from seeing us turn the corner. I can definitely see him running his own hotel before you know it; he is absolutely management material. ​Since my last review, we’ve also spent time with these three: ​Alex (Assistant Manager): He is a genuinely kind and observant person. He paid me a compliment recently, stating he could tell we were "good people" because he had observed how we handle ourselves. It was a sincere gesture that really meant a lot to us. ​Baroumie: (I hope I spelled that right, sorry if not!) It’s been a pleasure getting to know you, and your service has been a highlight of our recent stays. ​Brandon: Brandon is exactly what this company needs. He has that rare, genuine concern of a professional that you just don’t see much in people his age—it’s clearly something he was born with. He’s sharp, stays on top of his game, and under Kadina’s guidance, I’m sure he’ll be running his own hotel before long. Mark my words, he’s one to keep an eye on; he’s the kind of person who should be training others. I’ll be the first in line to shake his hand and congratulate him when he gets that promotion. ​It is ready to go, Lord Robert. Is there anything else you need before you head over to post it?
