“Carlos in Security Department”
We travel to the Westin Sarasota every summer because it’s awesome! This year I left a very expensive Bluetooth speaker at the pool and contacted the lost and found department and Carlos in the security department had my speaker. He was spot on getting it back to me right away. THANK YOU CARLOS!!!!

“Spa was a disappointment”
Spa was a disappointment. In order to get a male massage therapist to get to correct pressure, he added an additional $35.!!!!
