“Exceeded our expectations.”
We were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Hyatt Tampa Bay Busch Gardens. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the breakfast options were great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

“It was okay”
The location was closed to Busch Gardens. But not such a nice neighborhood. The hotel definitely need upgrades compared to other ones. The carpets need to be replaced in the rooms and the mattress is too soft. It was loud in the middle of the night. You would hear kids being loud playing with remot… more
