Off the 110 decent, rooms for a reasonable price for all it's worth. I've visited this establishment multiple times it's clean, no complaints. “Great value for your money”

The staff is kind, the hotel price is fair and we loved the small services offered like water machine, cofee and ice and vending machines, the room was clean and spacious!

I came for the World Cup and stayed 4 days, things were fine on the first day but then the cracks started to appear. 1) my flight landed early and when I came to check in they said they don’t hold bags - that’s fine. But then I overheard another team member tell someone else the storage area was full? So some transparency would be good. 2) after being out my second day I came back and opened my fridge where i found a cockroach in the crevice of the door. I told reception and the lady was nice and she got rid of it. I was offered a different room or to have pest control come in the next day Or a full refund if I checked out that evening. Pest control didn’t arrive the next day, so I moved rooms. Things were better but I was constantly on edge. I’d seen plenty other reviews during my time there complaining about cockroaches, as well as being offered an instant full refund and checking out ASAP, made me feel like this is just “the usual” for the hotel. Staff were hit and miss, some friendly some completely monotone and no energy. They were often just on their phones and every time you went to the desk to say something it felt like you were inconveniencing them. I was on the third floor for both my rooms, you could constantly hear the footsteps above us and people and voices outside. The water in the shower and the water machine downstairs had a weird smell to it, and the latter tasted weird for the last day or two, that of which gave me stomach aches so I stopped drinking. On my second and third day there were some weird people hanging out the front of the hotel. It started off well, but then the cracks appeared to show and I was just waiting to leave on my third day. I appreciate the effort the team made to move my room and gave the new room a thorough deep clean, staff were also a lot nicer after that point but the whole thing became very hit and miss. I would be lying if I said I was relaxed and settled here. Maybe for the first day, but after that with everything that happened and just the surrounding of the hotel, I definitely think I’d look elsewhere.
